This Shipping & Return Policy is an unalienable part of the Mallier Terms and Conditions.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Pre-Order Model

MALLIER operates on a pre-order basis. All products are made to order after payment is received. We do not carry stock, ensuring each piece is crafted specifically for you.

Production & Delivery Times

Ready-to-Wear:
- Production time: 1-2 months from order confirmation
- Additional shipping time: 3-7 business days

Leather Goods:
- Production time: 2-3 months from order confirmation
- Additional shipping time: 3-7 business days

Pre-Order Process:
- Payment is taken in full at the time of online order
- Production begins immediately after order confirmation via email
- You will receive tracking information once your item ships

Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders, both domestic and international.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. However, shipping times may vary depending on your location:

Domestic Orders (France): 1-3 business days after dispatch
European Union: 3-5 business days after dispatch
International Orders: 5-10 business days after dispatch

Duties and Taxes

France: 20% VAT included in product prices
European Union: 20% VAT included for orders under €10,000. For orders over €10,000, VAT from the destination country applies
International (Non-EU): No VAT charged. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees that may apply upon delivery

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Estimated delivery date
- Carrier information and tracking link

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Production complexities
- Material availability
- Customs processing (international orders)
- Weather conditions or carrier delays
- Force majeure events

We will notify you promptly of any significant delays and provide updated delivery estimates.

RETURNS POLICY

General Return Policy

Leather Goods (Bags): Due to the made-to-order/personalised nature of our leather goods, all sales are final. Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described (legal guarantees apply).

Ready-to-Wear (Garments): Returns and refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from damage, stains, or alterations
- Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:
- All leather goods and bags
- Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items with removed or damaged tags
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
- Custom or personalised items

Defective or Non-Conforming Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@mallier.com with:

  • your order number,
  • description of the issue,
  • and photos of the defect.

We will arrange a free return shipment. Upon inspection, if the defect is confirmed, you may choose between:

  • a full refund (including original shipping costs),
  • a replacement product (subject to availability), or
  • store credit.

Refunds
Refunds for garments and defective items are processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods or acceptable proof of their return.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at contact@mallier.com within 14 business days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)

Step 2: Return Authorisation
If your return request is approved, you will receive:
- Return authorisation number
- Prepaid shipping label (for eligible returns)
- Return instructions

Step 3: Package Your Return
- Ensure items meet return conditions
- Include all original packaging and tags
- Place items in original shipping carton
- Attach the prepaid return label, covering any previous shipping addresses

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Domestic Returns (France):
- Call DHL at 0825 10 00 80 to arrange free collection
- Or drop off at any DHL service point
- Visit www.dhl.com to find locations near you

International Returns:
- Contact your local DHL office to arrange free collection
- Or drop off at your nearest DHL service point
- Visit www.dhl.com for international locations

Important: Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the prepaid shipping label. Items will not be eligible for return after this date.

Return Processing

Inspection Process:
- Returns are inspected within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Items must meet all return conditions
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our criteria

Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of item receipt
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

Contact us immediately within 14 days of delivery at contact@mallier.com with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or defect

Legal guarantees apply beyond this period.

Resolution Options:
- Full refund
- Replacement item (if available)
- Store credit for future purchases

Return Process for Defective Items:
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- No restocking fees apply
- Expedited processing for replacements

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour:
1. Return the original item following our return process
2. Place a new order for your preferred item
3. New orders are subject to current production times

Return Shipping Costs

Eligible Returns: We provide prepaid return labels for items that meet our return conditions

Ineligible Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if:
- Items don't meet return conditions
- Return request is made after the 14-day window
- Items are returned without prior authorisation

International Returns

Customs and Duties:
- Return shipments may be subject to customs inspection
- Any customs fees or duties on returned items are the customer's responsibility
- We recommend declaring returned items as "returned goods" to minimise fees

Processing Time:
- International returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance
- Allow additional 5-10 business days for international return processing

Store Credit

In certain circumstances, we may offer store credit instead of a refund:
- Store credit never expires
- Can be used for future purchases
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Transferable to other customers with our approval

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not include:
- Original shipping costs (unless item is defective)
- Return shipping costs (unless item is defective)
- Customs duties or taxes paid by customer
- Payment processing fees charged by third parties

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions or regulations
- Shipping carrier delays
- Global health emergencies
- Supply chain disruptions
